Managing Agent

While the policy and overall direction is vested in the board, day-to-day operations in large cooperatives are typically carried out by a managing agent.

Kingsview is professionally managed by FirstService Residential, the largest property management company in North America. Our property manager is on-site three days a week, and our administrative assistant is in the office daily. The management office is the first point of contact for any issues.

Staff

We have a resident superintendent and a handyman who care for the entire complex. We also have a full-time porter for each building.

Security

​Kingsview is a gated community with round-the-clock security. We have either one or two guards on-site at all times, and there is always someone in the main security booth.

We have a comprehensive, state-of-the-art high-definition camera installation. We monitor all building common areas, parking lots, grounds, and the sidewalks surrounding the complex.
