Amenities

Kingsview has low maintenance charges and strives to remain affordable and true to our roots as a middle-class community. However, we are attentive to shareholder needs and provide numerous amenities.

Parking

Kingsview has five parking lots and two indoor parking ramps. Spaces are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

Laundry

Laundry rooms are located in each building, and are managed by an outside vendor. They’re open 6am until midnight. Shareholders purchase a laundry card to use in the machines and can add to it with kiosks located in each laundry room.

Community Room

The Community Room is located in the 130 Saint Edwards Street building, and is available with a nominal rental charge for parties or other events. It has a full kitchen and restrooms, and is air-conditioned for warm months.

Storage

Storage units are located in several buildings. There are only a few of these units, and there is a waitlist.

Playground

Our playground was updated and resurfaced in 2015, and is available for use during the daytime hours.

Bicycle Racks

There are covered bicycle parking spaces available to rent for a monthly charge.

Internet/TV/Phone

Kingsview is serviced by Spectrum (formerly Time Warner) and Verizon FIOS.

Trash and Recycling

Trash and recycling receptacles are located on the first floor of each building, and there is a trash chute accessible on all residential floors.

Kingsview now participates in the NYC Organics Collection Program, with compost bins in each building for your food scraps.

We provide an electronics recycling center, in partnership with the city’s e-cycleNYC program.

Clothing donation bins are in several locations on the property, and are part of the refashioNYC program.
